Staff and Procedural changes

“Dear Parishioners, As we move forward into a new year I wanted to keep you posted on some staff and procedural changes. The first is that Mrs. Linda Johansson has been promoted to be Holy Family’s Business Manager. Please keep her in prayer as she ventures into her new role. Mrs. Clare McNamee’s title has changed to “Director of Faith Formation and Evangelization,” and in the process of that change we have hired Sr. Karen McConnell on a part time – interim basis to assist Mrs. McNamee with formulating an Evangelization directive which we will keep you informed on as we move forward. Sr. Karen’s email is kmcconnell@churchoftheholyfamily.org

We also need to clarify and make sure that all are aware, especially those involved in ministries. Any purchases you need to make on behalf of your ministry \ parish must be submitted in request form to Mrs. Linda Johansson. The form is available at the parish offices. This also includes services of any type, i.e. musicians, presenters, etc. Please do not take it upon yourself to pay for something and then hand in a reimbursement, you will not be reimbursed by the parish. Please do not promise anyone anything on behalf of the parish be it for services or materials of any type, the parish will not pay for it and you will be stuck with a bill. The Diocese has clear business practices and directives that the parish must adhere to, we ask that you please follow suit. Thank you for your understanding and patience in this regard.” Fr. Picinic
