Meet our new Youth Ministry Coordinator!
Julie LaRosa will be joining us as the parish’s Youth Ministry Coordinator. Julie previously served our parish. Here’s a greeting from Julie in advance of her speaking at weekend Masses on June 8th and 9th:
“Hello Church of the Holy Family!
I would like to introduce myself to you and share about our parish plan for the young church at Holy Family. My name is Julie LaRosa and I will be reinvigorating the youth ministry program. Some of you may remember me from years past and our youth and religious education programs.
Beginning in May we will begin the work to establish a weekly youth group meeting as well as introducing opportunities for service, faith growth, community building and social activities. Our outreach will begin with a junior youth group program for 6th-8th graders. We know that there are high school students who may be interested and we welcome them as well. Please stay tuned for details as we look forward to this exciting chapter in youth ministry for the young church and parish!”
