We invite all Parish Outreach Ministry members; Eucharistic Ministers for the Homebound, St. Vincent De Paul Society, Stephen ministers and Senior Social Outreach Ministries from Church of the Holy Family, Saints Peter and Paul, and Saint Charles Borromeo to hear a special presentation offered by VITALity Catholic Healthcare Services of the Diocese of Camden. As dedicated lay people of our Parish Outreach Ministries you are a vital part of our parish communities. You have direct contact with hombeound, sick and those in need. This presentation will better equip you to identify and share the resources and services the VITALity provides.

VITALity Catholic Healthcare Services are free and simple to access for seniors, persons with disabilities or those recovering from a medical procedure seeking to remain health, safe and secure in the comforts of their homes.

• Stephen Ministry Program
• Ministry for the Deaf and Persons with Disabilities
• Support for Families with Aging Children with Autism

• Senior Health & Well-Being Membership Program
