This relaxing and beneficial session is open to all members of the community regardless of experience level with yoga. No special equipment is required. Participants simply need to wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes.
Chair yoga offers a gentle and accessible way to improve flexibility, strength, balance and overall well-being. It’s a wonderful opportunity to destress and connect with others in a supportive environment.
