Mercy Team Information Meeting

Church of the Holy Family is starting a Mercy Team.
There will be an information session explaining the Mercy Team:

This is for anyone considering becoming a volunteer for our newly forming Mercy Team. Maybe you can only help 1-2 hours each month or you are available for more. There will be possibilities for all levels of involvement. So come out to see how your talents can help others in our parish community.
The Diocese of Camden’s VITALity program describes a Mercy Team as “a parish ministry of caring individuals who wish to give their time and energy to help with basic necessities … for the elderly and those undergoing medical treatment.”
There are many ways we can assist our fellow parishioners, but our first endeavor is to provide rides to Masses for those parishioners who would love to attend Mass but are unable to get themselves to church. We are looking for volunteers who can provide transportation so anyone who wants to attend Mass will have the opportunity to do so.
This is an opportunity for parishioners to help others and help further connections within our church community.
If you are able to offer transportation to any Mass, whether it is once a month or more often, or if you have questions, please contact the parish office at 856-228-1616.
