Homebound Ministry

The Homebound Ministry assists our priests by bringing the Eucharist to our sick and confined parishioners on a monthly and/or weekly basis.  A Eucharist Minister of Holy Communion can bring the Eucharist to those who are homebound or in a nursing home.  Visits are arranged between the parishioner to be visited and the Eucharist Minister assigned.
